I first came to Dominica in 1970, and loved it so much that I vowed to return one day and buy a property. In 2008, I was working as a consultant for the U.S. Government on their overseas aid program to the Caribbean, and, as luck would have it, my job took me to Dominica again.I subsequently found this Plantation style property which was love at first sight, and within weeks I had bought it. Since then, I have been making improvements inside the house as well as transforming the 3 acres of grounds into the tropical haven you see today. In 2013 I became a Dominican citizen, of which I am very proud.When someone comes to my guest house in Dominica for the first time, the reaction is always the same. They are breath taken by the beautiful surroundings, the view, the peace, and the amazing stone built plantation house.
